The Difference is Clear...
Strategy Review
Your Advoco Account Manager will perform an annual information technology strategy review. The objective of these meetings is to enable your senior management team to stay current on technology trends, to review trends within your industry, to measure our progress over time, and to explore any ideas for technology that may be useful to your business.
Administrative Visits
Your Advoco Technical Consultant will proactively maintain your organization’s network so that you can avoid the great majority of problems that can be harmful to your business, such as:
- Security breaches that compromise proprietary information
- Viruses that destroy data, slow or shutdown your network
- Inadequate space to house your data
- Not backing-up critical information regularly
- Spam that clutters your e-mail boxes and creates a burden on your e-mail server
- Spyware that slows workstations
- Improper PC configurations
- Outdated patches and service releases
The following tasks are performed during periodic visits. Your Account Manager will recommend a visit frequency that will best meet your requirements. During each visit, your Technical Consultant will perform a checklist of administrative items. After completion of the checklist, your Technical Consultant will address any end-user issues, and then will move on to annual tasks that must be completed.
