At Advoco Solutions we tailor our Maximizer training to meet your individual requirements.  Most of our training is delivered on site with you, and is focused on pre-agreed objectives. 

Each Maximizer training course has materials that are left to help remind delegates of what they have been taught.  Examples of typical training courses we run are detailed below:

Standard User Maximizer Training

Anyone that is new to Maximizer will need to the learn the basics (navigation, list building, basic contact management).  This training course is dedicated to providing delegates with sufficient knowledge to use Maximizer's standard contact management facilities.

Maximizer Utilisation Training

The time spent on site acts as a usage review with recommendations on improvement.  Time permitting, we will implement these recommendations with you (if appropriate).  This could be providing some training on some unused areas of Maximizer or changing a few configuration settings.

System Administrator Maximizer Training

Someone in your business will need knowledge of how to use Maximizer's administrator tool.  This training course covers how to maintain your database, make basic changes to the system configuration and add licenses to your existing system.

Marketing Workshop

Learn how to use Maximizer to mail merge, create sophisticated lists and send automated email campaigns.  This course trains the delegate on all the possible marketing tools available in Maximizer and includes full training on the campaign manager. This main objective from this training day is to empower you to be able to choose what tool is appropriate when marketing to your database.

Maximizer Sales Workshop

Mapping your sales process to Maximizer is a vital part of getting the most from the opportunity module.  This training course is typically spent with a Sales Manager and key sales personnel reviewing how to map your process and training you on the best way of implementing this into Maximizer.

Maximizer Customer Care Workshop

Maximizer's customer service module can be used to track customer issues.  This may be complaints, fault reporting, help desk calls, etc. This course runs through how you would use Maximizer to track these issues,  how you could use the Knowledge base and how you will report on this data.

Maximizer Reporting Workshop

Maximizer has numerous ways of reporting via standard column reports, Excel reporting, and Crystal Reports.  The Reporting Workshop covers how to use the standard reporting facilities and provides an introduction to creating reports in Crystal.
