Maximizer CRM 10.5 comes provides you with a range of security controls and an administrator tool for basic database maintenance and administration.
Basic User Control
Maximizer allows you to control who can edit, add, ,delete and read different parts of the Maximizer database. For example, a sales person could add a customer service case, but only your customer service team could progress and close the case.
Permissions By Group Or By User
When deciding your permissions model you can apply settings to either a user or to a team. For example, a Sales Manager may be able to delete records, but any other member of the sales team cannot.
You Decide What Data Is Synchronised
You can heavily control what data is syncronised to remote users. This allows you to restrict specific parts of the database being held outside of your office. For example, your sales representative for London is only synchronising customers and prospects in London.
Export Control
Restrict who and how data can be exported and or even printed. Avoid your database going with any employee leaving!
Safe And Secure
Feel confident that your database is protected and safe from unauthorised access. Passwords and encryption make your data safe and secure.
Administrator Tool
The administrator tool is for basic database maintenance and administration such as:
- Maintain and create the user defined fields you have defined. Assign each field to the appropriate part of your database to help you profile and drive processes.
- Maintaining your user data. Enable new users, disable old users and assign each user with the appropriate permissions.
- Setup/Configure system preferences. Alter how different parts of your system are configured to make Maximizer tailored to your current business practices.
