If your small business is running up to seven computers, then our SOHO package is ideal for your needs. Enjoy all the benefits of our starter package, plus remote support, pro-active monitoring of your network and the additional advantage of telephone support.

Our SOHO+ IT Support Plan is aimed at the small-but-growing business, providing support for up to 10 PCs, while also accommodating one new computer install per year.

You will also receive an on-site health check every 6 months, along with all the other remote support benefits (email, telephone and network monitoring) of the regular SOHO package.

An ideal IT support service plan for ambitious small businesses. Our Standard package takes into account your plans for growth by offering 3 new computer installs each year. It also provides support for up to 20 existing PCs.

Customers taking out our Standard IT support plan also receive 3 on-site visits from us every year, ensuring your IT infrastructure is always optimised for business performance.

Our Standard+ IT plan scales support up to 35 PCs, with the provision for 6 additional installs each year. As well as all the standard phone and email support, you will also receive quarterly health-check visits from our experts

The Standard+ package provides protection and peace of mind for approx. £18.50 per machine per month.

For larger companies heavily dependent on their IT infrastructure, our Enhanced package provides support for up to 50 PCs, a health-check every two months – and exclusive access to loan equipment that can bring you the hardware you need, when you need it.

You will also gain access to our out-of-hours support (only available to customers on the Enhanced and Enhanced+ package) to bolster our support relationship with you for those early starts and late nights in the office.

The gold standard of IT support for established businesses, our Enhanced+ package covers up to 75 PCs and accommodates for 12 new installations every year.
