The installation of Maximizer is the culmination of a consultative process that takes in business analysis, database design and data migration.


And once your system is developed and ready to be installed, our Maximizer experts will be there to take care of the whole deployment process for you.

Installation Process

When installing a Maximizer system (new or upgrade), we will typically:

  • Ensure that your browser is optimized for Maximizer to run through it.
  • Configure email integration with Outlook and Word.
  • Apply any configuration settings agreed in our design phase (e.g security permissions).
  • Ensure the Maximizer database is being backed up.


If purchased then we will also install:

  • Customer, Partner and Custom Portals.
  • Maximizer Add ons such as Mail Chimp Integration, Xero Integration or Hubspot Integration.
  • Knowledge Sync workflow automation.


Maximizer is normally installed on a windows server, but can also be setup to work in:

  • Citrix.
  • Terminal Services.
  • Locked down desktop environments (including packaging Maximizer for quick deployment).
