The administrator tool allows for simple database maintenance, enabling you to create and maintain user-defined fields, manage user permissions and configure system preferences in accordance with your business process.
E.G. You can enable a sales person to add a customer service case – but stipulate that only your customer service team could progress/close the case.
Set Permissions by Group or Individual
When deciding your permissions model, you can apply settings to either a single user or to a team. For example, a Sales Manager may be able to delete records, but any other member of the sales team cannot.
Control the Export of Data
Place restrictions on how data can be exported or even printed. This is important to ensure your database does not leave your business with any employee who might be moving on.
