Advoco Support Berkshire Hospital Childrens Charity

Advoco Solutions were delighted to support A-Plan Insurance in Thatcham, West Berkshire, with their Christmas Appeal to collect gifts for sick children at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.

A-Plan originally wanted to collect Chocolate Selection Boxes for children who will be staying in the 44 beds over the festive period, however with our support they not only managed to collect 67 selection boxes, but we also donated 6 brand-new portable DVD units for use on the wards.

We were also pleased to use a contact we had at Dick Lovett BMW in Hungerford who kindly donated a ride on miniature BMW car, and also Co-Op in Thatcham who donated several selection boxes.

Employees at Advoco also managed to collect numerous toys, including games, soft toys and puzzles, all of which were delivered to A-Plan in time for their visit to the Hospital on the morning of the 22nd December 2017.
